📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Assist in maintaining financial records and preparing monthly financial reports using Excel
- Support procurement processes, including vendor evaluations and order processing
- Help with HR administrative tasks, such as employee onboarding and offboarding
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to develop your skills
- Learn to use SAP and other financial software tools
- Assist in the preparation of budget forecasts and financial analysis
- Support the HR team in managing employee benefits and payroll
- Contribute to the development of HR policies and procedures
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Recent graduate with a degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or related fields
- Basic knowledge of Excel and familiar with financial reporting
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team and learn quickly
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Enthusiasm for learning and developing a career in Finance or HR
- Willing to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Valid driver's license and ability to commute to Canggu, Bali
