📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software.
• Manage and monitor network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Provide technical support to end-users, including troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues.
• Ensure the security and integrity of our IT systems by implementing and enforcing security policies.
• Perform regular backups and disaster recovery procedures to protect our data.
• Monitor system performance and optimize IT resources to improve efficiency.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies, and recommend improvements to our IT infrastructure.
• Collaborate with other IT team members to ensure the smooth operation of our IT systems.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Computer Administrator or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server and Active Directory.
• Familiarity with network protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN.
• Experience with virtualization technologies, such as VMware or Hyper-V.
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, or Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate are a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team.
