📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and schedule engaging content for social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Create and manage digital campaigns to boost brand awareness and engagement.
• Monitor and analyze social media performance using tools like Google Analytics and Hootsuite.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with overall campaign objectives.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing.
• Ensure all content is optimized for maximum reach and engagement.
• Manage and grow our social media following through strategic posting and engagement.
• Provide regular reports on campaign performance and suggest improvements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in social media content creation and digital marketing.
• Proficient in using social media platforms and tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and Hootsuite.
• Strong understanding of SEO and content marketing principles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Indonesian and English.
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with digital marketing analytics tools is a plus.
