📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Support the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal governance standards.
• Monitor financial transactions and ensure accurate recording and reporting in accordance with accounting principles and regulations.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports, providing financial insights to support decision-making.
• Conduct regular audits and reviews of financial processes to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address financial challenges and opportunities, providing strategic advice and support.
• Stay updated on regulatory changes and industry best practices, ensuring that our financial practices remain compliant and efficient.
• Provide training and guidance to junior staff on financial compliance and governance issues.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the effectiveness of our financial processes and controls.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management, compliance, or governance roles, preferably in a multinational or large-scale organization.
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards and regulations, including IFRS and local regulations.
• Proficiency in financial software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience in managing and improving financial processes and controls.
• Knowledge of risk management and internal audit processes is a plus.
