In this role, you will handle end-to-end shipping operations, from order processing to delivery, using our advanced logistics management system (LMS). You will also be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with our international partners, ensuring timely and efficient cargo handling. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage end-to-end shipping operations, including order processing, cargo handling, and delivery coordination.
• Coordinate with international partners to ensure timely and efficient cargo handling.
• Maintain and optimize our logistics management system (LMS) to improve operational efficiency.
• Monitor and report on shipping performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and customs procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the team to develop and implement new shipping strategies and processes.
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences to build and maintain professional relationships.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in shipping operations or a related role.
• Proficient in Mandarin both spoken and written.
• Certification in logistics management or a related field is a plus.
• Experience with logistics management systems (LMS) such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
