At Hocky Anwa Lestari, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of club operations, from managing staff and schedules to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety. Our state-of-the-art facilities include indoor and outdoor courts, a fully equipped fitness center, and a range of amenities for our members. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the sports club, ensuring all facilities are well-maintained and available for use.
• Manage and supervise a team of staff, including coaches, maintenance personnel, and customer service representatives.
• Develop and implement operational plans to improve efficiency and member satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and implement safety protocols for all members and staff.
• Manage the booking system and membership database using software like ClubReady or similar.
• Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of all sports equipment and facilities.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
• Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Sports Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the sports industry.
• Proven experience in managing staff and operations in a high-volume environment.
• Strong knowledge of sports facility management software and tools.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Certification in First Aid and CPR is a plus.
• Familiarity with local health and safety regulations is a plus.
