📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and execute strategic plans for digital innovation projects.
• Lead a team of digital specialists to implement and maintain advanced digital solutions.
• Collaborate with government agencies and private sector partners to drive digital transformation initiatives.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of digital projects to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Stay updated with the latest technological advancements and industry trends.
• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team.
• Represent PT Digital Nusantara Solusi at national and international conferences and events.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in the digital domain.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in digital innovation and project management.
• Proven track record of leading successful digital transformation projects.
• Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are a plus.
• Experience with digital tools and platforms such as SAP, Oracle, or similar enterprise systems.
