📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage and coordinate export-import operations, including booking, documentation, and tracking shipments.
- Work with clients and partners to ensure seamless logistics processes.
- Handle customs clearance and compliance with international regulations.
- Monitor and report on shipment status and performance metrics.
- Assist in the preparation of shipping documents and invoices.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.
- Collaborate with the team to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in freight forwarding.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in freight forwarding or related logistics roles.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Familiarity with shipping software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
- Knowledge of international trade regulations and customs procedures.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
