📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Create and manage high-quality content for social media, websites, and marketing materials using Adobe Photoshop and Canva.
• Assist in inventory management, including stock taking, ordering, and restocking.
• Support rental processes, including product setup, customer service, and returns.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement content strategies.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Assist in event planning and coordination, ensuring smooth execution of fashion shows and rentals.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to company policies and procedures.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a related field, preferably in fashion, retail, or content creation.
• Proficient in using Adobe Photoshop and Canva for content creation.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems and rental software.
• Basic knowledge of fashion industry trends and best practices.
• Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 20 kg.
