• Ensure our products and services meet the specific needs and requirements of Asian customers.
• Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Monitor and analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitive landscapes to inform strategic decisions.
• Lead and mentor a team of regional managers and sales representatives.
• Represent igus at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to build brand awareness and establish thought leadership.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 10 years of experience in a senior regional executive role, preferably in the manufacturing, engineering, or industrial sectors.
• A proven track record of successfully leading and managing regional teams.
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective growth strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Proficiency in English and at least one other major Asian language (e.g., Mandarin, Cantonese, Japanese, Korean).
• Certifications such as PMP, Six Sigma, or LEAN Six Sigma are a plus.
• Familiarity with industry-leading tools and software such as SAP, Salesforce, and Microsoft Office Suite.
