PT Yudha Wira is looking for a dedicated Training Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. The ideal candidate will have a passion for learning and development and a strong ability to design and facilitate effective training sessions.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge,Design and facilitate training sessions, workshops, and seminars,Create training materials, including presentations, handouts, and manuals,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement,Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop training plans,Maintain records of training activities and participant feedback,Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in training and development,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field,Minimum 2 years of experience as a Training Officer or similar role,Strong knowledge of training and development methodologies and tools,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills,Familiarity with Microsoft Office and other training software,Certification in training and development (e.g., Certified Professional in Learning and Performance - CPLP) is a plus
