In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining technical documentation for our products and services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical writing and a passion for clear and concise communication.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for our products and services.,Collaborate with engineering and product teams to gather information and clarify technical concepts.,Edit and review technical documents to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency.,Develop and maintain style guides and templates for technical writing.,Assist in the creation of user manuals, quick start guides, and other end-user documentation.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.,Contribute to the improvement of our technical writing processes and tools.,Provide technical writing support to marketing and sales teams as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing.,Strong understanding of technical concepts and processes.,Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Indonesian.,Proficiency in technical writing tools and software, such as MadCap Flare, Adobe FrameMaker, or similar.,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.,Strong organizational and project management skills.,Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
