📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects.,Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and trends.,Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote our products and services.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to expand our reach.,Train and mentor junior sales staff to ensure high performance and productivity.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or a related role.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Excellent time management and organizational skills.,Proficiency in using sales software and CRM systems.,Familiarity with Indonesian market and industry trends.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
