📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and conduct clinical trials and observational studies to evaluate the effectiveness and safety of new treatments and interventions.,Analyze and interpret complex healthcare data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform clinical decision-making.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including clinicians, researchers, and data scientists, to develop and implement research projects.,Develop and maintain statistical models and algorithms to support healthcare research and data analysis.,Write and publish research findings in peer-reviewed journals and present results at national and international conferences.,Provide statistical expertise and guidance to junior team members, ensuring the quality and accuracy of data analysis.,Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in biostatistics, healthcare research, and data analysis tools and techniques.,Contribute to the development of data governance and quality assurance frameworks to ensure the integrity and reliability of healthcare data.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Biostatistics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.,Master's degree in Biostatistics, Statistics, or a related field, preferably with a focus on healthcare research.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in biostatistics, with a strong background in healthcare research and data analysis.,Proficiency in statistical software, including SAS, R, and Stata.,Experience with clinical trial design, data management, and regulatory requirements.,Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.,Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.,Familiarity with data visualization tools and techniques.
