📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify and address potential hazards.,Provide training and education to employees on safety protocols and best practices.,Investigate accidents and incidents to determine their causes and implement corrective actions.,Monitor and maintain safety equipment and facilities to ensure they are in good working condition.,Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure safety is integrated into project planning and execution.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date safety records and reports.,Promote a safety culture within the organization and encourage employee involvement in safety initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Health and Safety, Occupational Health, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a safety coordination role within the construction industry.,Certification in safety management (e.g., OHAS 18001, IOSH, or equivalent) is a plus.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian health and safety regulations and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.,Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with construction equipment and safety gear is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
