As a Crew Outlet, you will be responsible for managing our outlet operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily outlet operations including opening and closing procedures.,Ensure all products are displayed and stocked according to company standards.,Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.,Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.,Maintain a clean and organized outlet environment.,Monitor inventory levels and report any shortages to the supervisor.,Assist in promotional activities and sales events.,Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in retail or customer service roles.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Basic computer skills, including proficiency in spreadsheet software.,Familiarity with sales and inventory management systems.,Proactive and detail-oriented with a customer-first mindset.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
