📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage daily production operations to ensure efficient and effective workflow.,Monitor production schedules and ensure that production targets are met.,Conduct regular quality checks to maintain high standards of product quality.,Train and mentor production team members to enhance their skills and productivity.,Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth production processes.,Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.,Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability and minimize waste.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in production supervision or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of production management principles and practices.,Proven ability to lead and motivate a production team.,Experience with production scheduling and inventory management software.,Understanding of quality control processes and standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
