BOLT Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Maintenance Technician to join our team in Pademangan, Jakarta Raya. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance of our facilities and equipment, ensuring they operate efficiently and safely. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and a proven track record in leading maintenance teams.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the maintenance of all facilities and equipment.,Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures.,Conduct regular inspections and maintenance checks.,Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repairs and upgrades.,Train and mentor junior maintenance technicians.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.,Analyze maintenance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.,Manage maintenance budgets and resources effectively.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of maintenance procedures and best practices.,Familiarity with maintenance management software and tools.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Proven ability to manage and mentor a team.
