📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.,Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales growth.,Monitor client accounts to ensure they meet or exceed performance expectations.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.,Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and implement client strategies.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to enhance client relationships.,Conduct regular client meetings and reviews to assess performance and address any issues.,Manage and track client accounts using CRM software.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management or a similar role within the hospitality industry.,Proven track record of developing and maintaining key client relationships.,Strong understanding of sales and marketing strategies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Experience with CRM software is a plus.
