📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide technical support to employees, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
• Maintain and update our IT systems, including servers, workstations, and networking equipment.
• Install, configure, and maintain software applications and systems.
• Monitor and manage network performance, ensuring optimal operation and security.
• Assist in the implementation of new technologies and systems.
• Document technical issues, solutions, and procedures for future reference.
• Provide training and support to new employees on IT systems and procedures.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends, technologies, and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT technical support or a related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, or Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) are a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office, and networking technologies.
• Experience with ITIL or similar IT service management frameworks is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
