Business Development Executive - Dealer Network

Join Vatech Co. Ltd. as a Business Development Executive and play a pivotal role in expanding our authorized dealer network across key markets in Bali. In this role, you'll work closely with our sales team to identify and pursue potential dealer partners, negotiate contracts, and ensure smooth onboarding. Based in Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung, you'll have the chance to immerse yourself in the vibrant business environment of Bali while making a significant impact on our dealer network.

As a Business Development Executive, you'll be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with existing dealers, as well as prospecting new ones. You'll leverage your industry knowledge and negotiation skills to secure partnerships that align with our company's goals. This role offers a competitive salary of MYR 3000 - 4500 per month, along with opportunities for professional growth and development.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Identify and prospect potential dealer partners across key markets in Bali.
• Negotiate and finalize dealer agreements, ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Develop and implement strategies to expand our dealer network.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing dealers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
• Collaborate with the sales team to drive sales and revenue growth.
• Monitor and report on dealer performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Attend industry events and conferences to network with potential partners and stay updated on market trends.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficient in using CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Familiarity with the technology industry and dealer networks is a plus.
• Ability to travel frequently to meet with potential partners.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
