In this role, you will be responsible for managing the company's financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the company's financial records and ensure accuracy and completeness.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Monitor and report on financial performance and trends.,Prepare and present financial reports to management and stakeholders.,Assist in the preparation of the annual budget and forecast.,Oversee the preparation of tax returns and ensure timely filing.,Train and mentor junior accountants and finance staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a hotel or hospitality industry.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with tax laws and regulations is a plus.
