📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct thorough credit analysis to assess the financial health of customers,Evaluate loan applications and determine the appropriate lending solutions,Monitor and manage financial risk to ensure the stability of our lending operations,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement financial strategies,Provide regular reports and updates on credit analysis and risk management,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in financial risk assessment,Train and mentor junior credit analysts to ensure the continued growth of our team,Participate in the development of new lending products and services

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in credit analysis and financial risk assessment,Strong understanding of lending solutions and financial products,Proven track record of successful risk management and financial analysis,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in financial modeling and risk assessment tools,Knowledge of Indonesian financial regulations and lending practices
