📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to increase client base and revenue.,Manage key accounts and build strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify new business opportunities.,Collaborate with the editorial and production teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality publications.,Set and achieve sales targets, with a focus on both short-term and long-term goals.,Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management.,Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote our publications.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, account management, or a similar role within the publishing industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing client base.,Strong understanding of the publishing industry and market trends.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.,Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
