📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documents such as user manuals, guides, and tutorials,Collaborate with the IT team to ensure technical documents are accurate and up-to-date,Review and edit documents to ensure clarity, consistency, and correctness,Develop and maintain documentation standards and style guides,Assist in the development of training materials for new employees,Provide technical support to employees by answering questions and resolving issues related to technical documents

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing,Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail,Familiarity with restaurant management systems and software,Experience with documentation tools such as Confluence, Markdown, or similar,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
