📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and optimize procurement processes to ensure timely delivery of supplies and services.,Develop and maintain vendor relationships to secure competitive pricing and quality products.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify new suppliers and negotiate better terms.,Prepare and analyze purchase orders, invoices, and other procurement documents.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth procurement operations.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain optimal stock levels.,Analyze procurement data to identify areas for cost savings and efficiency improvements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management.,Strong understanding of procurement processes, policies, and procedures.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant procurement software.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
