📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitor and maintain operational processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.,Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless operations.,Handle and resolve operational issues promptly and effectively.,Assist in the preparation and organization of operational reports.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Support the team in achieving operational targets and goals.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to operational planning and strategy.,Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.,Strong knowledge of operational processes and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.,Must be fluent in Indonesian and English.
