📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Leading and managing a team of outlet staff to ensure high levels of customer service and sales performance.
• Overseeing daily outlet operations, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and performance monitoring.
• Implementing and enforcing company policies and procedures to maintain a professional and efficient work environment.
• Training and developing team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Monitoring sales targets and providing regular reports to the management team.
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations in the workplace.
• Promoting the brand and products to attract and retain customers.
• Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.
• A degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to drive sales and meet targets.
