📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.,Create and deliver training materials, including workshops, webinars, and e-learning modules.,Collaborate with managers and employees to identify training needs and design effective solutions.,Conduct needs assessments and analyze training data to measure the effectiveness of learning programs.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Assist in the planning and execution of learning events and activities.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth.,Work closely with the HR team to integrate learning and development initiatives into the overall employee experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field.,1-2 years of experience in learning and development or a related field.,Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using learning management systems and training software.,Familiarity with learning analytics and performance measurement tools.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
