Bold Food Indonesia is seeking a dedicated HR Generalist to join our team in Kulon Progo. As an HR Generalist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our HR team in various aspects of human resources management. This position offers a competitive salary and a dynamic work environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal data, employment history, and performance evaluations.,Support the HR team in managing employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.,Assist in the onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new and departing employees.,Coordinate with department heads to address employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary issues.,Support the HR team in conducting employee training and development programs.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and data analysis to support decision-making processes.,Maintain a positive and professional work environment, fostering a culture of respect and inclusivity.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a human resources role, preferably in a fast-paced or food industry environment.,Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors or BambooHR.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages is a plus.,Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
