Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning,Manage and motivate a team of employees, fostering a positive and productive work environment,Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty,Drive sales growth and revenue targets, setting and achieving benchmarks,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to employees,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a management or supervisory role, preferably in a similar industry,Proven track record of successfully managing teams and driving sales growth,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others,Excellent organizational and time management skills,Familiarity with sales and marketing strategies and techniques,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
